Prayer for Iraq Peace

October 25, partcipated in the Payers for Iraq Peace hosted by American Friends Services Committee and Inter-Religious Group at the Grace Cathedral Church in San Francisco. Read out the following prayers for Iraq. I opened with the rciatl of Surah Fateha and closed with Darrod Shareef.

PRAYER FOR PEACE IN IRAQ

On behalf of the world spiritual leader- the caliph of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (Khalifatul Masih V) , the National Amir of AMC/USA and the president of our San Francisco-Oakland Chapter, Mr. Yemen Samut (who is here with us tonight) I join you all in prayers for Peace in Iraq.
“ O Lord, The King of the heavens and the earth, we supplicate before Thee and seek Thy protection against those who violate Thy laws for Thou do not love those who “cause disorder on earth” and those who “transgress”
“ Indeed Thou hast entrusted us with the responsibility of promoting and establishing peace but in the recent past some of us have exceeded the bounds in committing the “disorder on earth” and “transgressions” by killing thousands of innocent women in children in the execution of Iraq War.”
“We are, our Lord, probably way past the time for reconciliation and your Mercy. Indeed it seems, our Lord, that it is probably time for the deliverance of Thy Judgment.”
“O! Master of the Day of Judgment ! O! King of the heavens and the earth, our souls and our minds burn in agony and our hearts bleed with sorrows over the sufferings of innocent people or Iraq.”
“We submit to Thee and beg Thee for Mercy and Kindness to restore peace and order for the righteous souls in Iraq and the mankind in the world. Ameen !“
